Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and pakacuci ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document applies to all users who access or use the pakacuci website, including all services, features, content and functions provided.

By browsing, registering or using pakacuci services in any form, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you access this platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To use pakacuci services, you must meet the following requirements:

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to register one (1) account at pakacuci. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.

The identity verification process (KYC) may be requested by pakacuci at any time, particularly during withdrawal processing. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a delay or rejection of the transaction.

Deposits and Withdrawals

pakacuci supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The terms for financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by pakacuci.

• Example: deposit RM100, receive bonus RM100, balance becomes RM200. Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Further example: deposit RM2,200, receive bonus RM1,000, balance becomes RM3,200. Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

The pakacuci VIP programme offers three tiers with weekly cashback:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

pakacuci reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion or VIP programme at any time with appropriate notice. Abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Game Rules and Wagering

Players agree to:
